Tips of being a successful leader

Being a leader is not easy. One act you could even be labeled as an obnoxious leader. There are a few tips to become a successful leader, well liked by all subordinates.

1. Can align Up With Other Leaders
If you are in charge of a division, there are times when you should meet with leaders of other divisions. You should position themselves correctly. Knowing vision and mission of the division in total is one thing that will make your position is recognized by others. Other leaders will see you as a boss who is smart and knows very well 'guts' division in your field.

2. Listening Subordinates
Being a leader does not mean you can decide things unilaterally. There are times when your people better understand the situation that occurred within a project. Nothing wrong to listen to their feedback. So you can make the wisest decisions.

3. Wisdom
Being a leader does not mean you should be proud and arrogant. The know more you the subordinates, is better. You also get to know personally that subordinates more easily in terms of communication. When you are considered a good employer, then the men did not hesitate to be loyal.

4. Know Your Own Strengths and Weaknesses
A good leader is able to admit his shortcomings, but highlight its advantages. No one is perfect and completely true, although he has become a leader. If you are too arrogant to admit mistakes, even pointing a scapegoat for it, there would be no subordinates that respect your attitude.

5. Identifying Strengths and Weaknesses Subordinates
As a leader, you also have to recognize the potential and the lack of subordinates. It was intended that you can arrange the training schedule for each subordinate to boost their potency. It also can help you to form a work team according to the potential of each employee.
