Age 50 Years Best Start Living

New York, the level of stress and anger has been started since the early age 20 years and will continue to decline throughout life. Worrying will continue and become a problem until the age of 50 years, but after that will begin to wane. While a sense of happiness and enjoyment of life began to increase in the age of 50 years and will continue even up to age above 85 years.

Researchers from Stony Brook University, New York State say that age brings wisdom and ability of a person to be able to harmonize with the feeling of life.

"The results of this study support previous research that revealed that people who are elderly will be better able to see life in a positive situation and less likely to remember bad experiences," says psychologist Dr Arthur Stone of Stony Brook University, as quoted from Dailymail.
