Laughter lowered the leptin hormone content in the blood and increase of the ghrelin content. Laughter was reported as beneficial with simple sport that can stimulate the appetite. According to a new study presented at Experimental Biology 2010 annual meeting in Anaheim, California, researchers found a similarity about the effect produced on appetite among sports lovers and laughter is a sincere person.

Doing sports and laughing able normalize and improve your appetite by lowering leptin hormone content in blood and increase the content of ghrelin.

"If done in parallel these two activities can provide extraordinary results to increase your appetite," Lee S. Berk said, a researcher, was quoted from Geniusbeauty, April 23, 2010.

The results of this study, Berk said, is expected to be useful for the parents and caregivers of children, in order to bring the child to do the simple activity as a laugh and a small exercise to stimulate appetite.
