Herbs valerian and benefit to health

Description:
Valerian is found in Europe and North Asia, and grows in wet places. The flowers are white to pink with a very unique smell, but more fun. Roots and other parts have a more peculiar odor and musty.

Ingredients:
Valerian contains volatile oil, valepotriates, glycosides, alkaloids, choline, tanins, resin, furanofuran lignans, and free amino acids such as acid g-aminobutyric (GABA), tyrosine, arginine, and glutamine.

Usefulness:
Valerian is one of the non-addictive herbal tranquilizer used most importantly to prevent sleep disturbances, restlessness and anxiety.
